Last week I went to Sweden to host Ikea’s Democratic Design Days event (you can see what I was up to here.) For said event I wanted to look smart and tailored without losing the fun side of fashion that I love; for me it’s all in the details. I love updated basics, you know like a blazer with a subtle lapel or cuff detail or a classic white tee that has a bit of a twist. This Beaufille Hyperia blouse is such a special piece: high-necked with a long tie to bow at the nape, flared sleeves and billowy making it so cool and chic. It was perfect to wear tucked-into these wide-leg trousers and with Superga platforms; smart without being too stiff.
Oh, and the earrings? These are amazing aren’t they! These are Vando Jacintho, a Brazilian brand that’s inspired by aristocratic imagery, the Mediterranean and exotic travels. I plan on wearing them with a white tee, Levis and mules because they are too good to keep for special occasions.
