Five of my Favourite | Midi Dresses

I love wearing trousers (insert pun here;) my failsafe uniform is a great pair of jeans, tee, blazer and standout earrings but I have been swayed by this season’s midi dress. Some are peasant’y, folk’y, printed, block-coloured, romantic and ruffled but don’t let any of this put you off because with the right styling they won’t be too girlie.

My most recent How to Style the Midi Dress video (see and watch below) saw me styling-out a Perseverance dress that I bought from the (FYI if you don’t know this, Outnet is the discount site for Net-a-Porter and the very best place to find designer pieces at affordable prices.) The style challenge was how to make a light and summery dress work for November, why should those pretty and elegant pieces only be for hot days and holidays? Following on from posting the video on Insta Stories a lot of you got in touch asking me what my favourite styles and brands were for this trend, so I chose a few of my favourites, five in fact.
