Fashion Targets Breast Cancer (FTBC) is launching in 4 days on Monday April 30th.
IT’S NEARLY GO TIME.
I am one of the ambassadors for this fantastic charity, which is UK’s biggest charity fashion campaign and helps to raise money for pioneering charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer. *Fashion + charity = the perfect match = FTBC*
It is through working closely with the Fashion Targets team that on Tuesday I was invited on a tour of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer laboratories, located on London’s smart Fulham Road.
This was an amazing experience, where (whilst wearing a lab coat) I was able to see first-hand where the charity spends all of the money raised, from the (terrifyingly expensive) laboratory machinery and equipment to world class scientists, who are working through the challenge of making our future free from the fear of breast cancer. Imagine, that being your 9-5, incredible!
And so onto this year’s FTBC campaign. Natalie Legg and her fantastic team of fashion and charity enthusiasts have taken lead from the Olympics and Golden Jubilee and the campaign pivots around British nostalgia in red, white and blue.

YOU can help raise money simply by shopping at your favourite high street shops, big players like Topshop, River Island, Warehouse and Marks and Spencer’s are all involved and from April 30th will have their campaign pieces in store and on sale (each item carries a minimum 30% donation to Breakthrough Breast Cancer’s life-saving work.)
