Hoxton Culture 30.08.16 feat. Zoey Goto, author of ‘Elvis Style’

This week’s Hoxton Culture really felt like a back-to-school show with September being round the corner and the August bank holiday being a drunken/ hungover memory. Much like fashion magazines which print their September issue full of new trends and ideas, this time of the year means a closing and opening of exhibitions and shows […]

Absolutely Frilled

Absolutely Frilled

By August I am oft-bored of my clothes (urg – I’m sick of them!) – because we’re coming to the very end of the season, the shops are selling off their tired spring/summer collections and the pull of fresh new trends is real! One romantic-but-doesn’t-have-to-be-too-girly trend that has translated from the Rodarte and Marc Jacobs catwalks onto the […]

Hoxton Culture 17.08.16 feat. Tony Robbins on Netflix, H.EN Restaurant and Croquet at The Shard

Clucking, croquet and rooftop cinema are just some of topics we covered in this weeks Hoxton Culture. It is always difficult to decide what goes into our Top 5 Hoxton & Beyond because at any one time London is alive with pop-ups, openings and interactive experiences. I loved (whilst hungover from the sofa) Netflix’s brilliant […]

How to Find-Figure Flattering Swimwear for Your Shape

Shopping for swimwear is one of the most gruelling pre-summer experiences – and that is taking into account bikini waxes and brow threading! Whether you have been working out at the gym, running in the morning, clean eating or doing none of the aforementioned, once you are in the bright lights of the changing rooms […]

Summer Holiday Haul Vlog for Yahoo Style

Summer Holiday Haul Vlog for Yahoo Style

Yes, the weather is unpredictable where one moment the sun shines and you are panicking without SPF and the next you are stomping through puddles and back in your leather jacket. Ever the optimist I have heard that with this dismal start may mean we are set for a glorious late Indian summer – well […]

Shop the Video | How to Style Valentine’s Day from Pale Pink to Tailoring

This Friday’s How to Style video is inspired by the whole romantic circus that surrounds February14th; if you don’t know that it’s Valentine’s Day this weekend how have you missed it – red hearts and chocolates seem to be everywhere!?! So, Valentine’s Day is essentially rubbish, however I have been inspired by this season’s key […]

So-Soft and Dreamy for Spring – MANSUR GAVRIEL

So-Soft and Dreamy for Spring – MANSUR GAVRIEL

I first came across this leather brand on Instagram, quite recently to be honest – (check their feed out @MansurGavriel – it was the bright red ‘Flamma Bucket Mini Mini’ held by the beautiful brunette that caught my eye.) Since that moment, as is always the way, I now see Mansur Gavriel’s handbags everywhere from […]

All White | My Love of the White Shirt

All White | My Love of the White Shirt

What is it about the clean simplicity of a white shirt that makes is such a timeless style staple? I have an excessive amount of white shirts, however each season I am tempted by fresh new designs that I can’t resist: sheer, pocketed, pinned, asymmetric, sleeveless, silk…

The magic of the white shirt is that it can be worn in a plethora of ways; from spring to winter it is the hardest working item of clothing in my wardrobe. The styling options are endless, from wearing a white shirt alone with a leather pencil, underneath a jumpsuit for cool workwear or layered underneath chunky knits for a touch of tailoring in winter; there is a reason it has become a wardrobe essential, along with the trench, tailored trouser and Breton tee.

After speaking to Very Exclusive about my ‘Instagram Style Rules,’ it was after much consideration (and browsing my profile) that I realised the white shirt is my style linchpin, my sartorial wingman, my Monday morning go-to.
Here are some white shirts that I don’t necessarily need in my wardrobe, but really want:

#AskAntonia | How do I Wear a Smart Jumpsuit?

‘After thinking the jumpsuit would never work for me I have come round to the idea, but how do I wear a smart design? I just don’t know where or when?’ Harriet, Hackney It has taken me a while to accept the jumpsuit after initially feeling like it was more ill-fitting than ultra-stylish. That was […]
