As I write this I’m both so excited to be sharing this week’s podcast with you and also shocked and sad at how quickly time has flown and that this is the sixteenth and final episode in this first series; where did the time go?
Both leaving on a high and going out with a bang, yes both, this is the last episode of this series. At the helm of Glamour Magazine as editor since it launched an unbelievable 16 years ago (I remember buying the Kate Winslet cover in 2001!) Jo Elvin is one of the most influential women in the fashion industry and in my opinion one of the most inspiring. Both fiercely smart and funny it’s a real coup to have her on Admit One because she is someone I truly admire and my god does she spin a good yarn.
Fresh from hosting an exclusive screening of Amy Schumer & Goldie Hawn’s new film ‘Snatched’ I catch up with Jo and chat about the power of celebrities, what happened when Susan Sarandon stole her glasses and of course we talk about her three favourite films for their style icons.
